HighGear seeking a talented product support specialist to join our team in Frederick, MD. You’ll work with our customer service team to provide world-class product support to our broad base of happy customers.

HighGear is the leading no-code platform for business analysts to rapidly build enterprise-grade workflow applications. You’ll work with new and existing customers to help them meet their goals and succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary for this position is $50k to $85k depending on qualifications and experience

Requirements for this Job

To qualify for this position, you should have at least two years of experience in customer service and at least two years of experience with business software or IT. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Because this job requires tight integration with our team, you must be able to work in our office in Frederick, MD.
