All customers have access to our free, self-serve, on-demand video library of training and documentation.
HighGear Admin Training
All customers are invited to attend a free, 3-day, instructor-led training session hosted by HighGear.
On-Site Training Sessions
Customers may also hire the Professional Services Team to conduct on-site training at their offices.
Learn About All Things HighGear
We offer free monthly HighGear Administrator training to new customers at our headquarters in Frederick, Maryland or various locations nationwide to ensure they are successful implementing HighGear.
Sessions are held the 3rd week of every month on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Lunch is provided each day of the training and all customers have access to discounted rates on nearby hotels to help customers take advantage of the free training.

The Professional Services Team is available to conduct on-site HighGear Administrator training sessions tailored toward the needs of your business.
We provide direct access to project managers, business analysts and software engineers with expertise in business processes, workflow automation and software development.
On-site training is ideal for customers who already have defined business processes and need to train several HighGear Administrators to manage the system.
