Monday through Friday
(except holidays).

At all other times, the Support Center Hotline is forwarded to a voicemail system that is monitored by an on-call support engineer.

Support responses are provided by
e-mail, or via screen-sharing sessions, depending on the sophistication of the problem and the customer’s needs.

Our customer support team works closely with our product development team and has a deep understanding of the HighGear platform.

All customers have access to extensive help files, tutorial videos and documentation within HighGear.

Find answers to your support questions with more than 500 pages of step-by-step instructions, screenshots and user scenarios.

Customers are able to open all of our help files, search for answers, find easy-to-read topics and follow detailed instructions.
