Chrome

  1. Click on the Chrome menu ChromeMenu on the browser toolbar
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Click Clear Browsing Data
  4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. But be sure to include Empty the cache.
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
  6. Click on Clear browsing data on the bottom. Your browser cache is now empty.
  7. Close HighGear and try again

Firefox

  1. Click the menu button  FFMenu  and choose Options
  2. Select the Advanced panel
  3. Click on the Network tab
  4. Click on Clear Now in the Cached Web Content section.
  5. Close HighGear and try again

Safari

  1. Open Safari’s Preferences by selecting ‘Safari, Preferences’ from the menu.
  2. Click the ‘Advanced’ tab labeled.
  3. Place a check mark next to ‘Show Develop menu in menu bar.’
  4. Click on the Developer menu and then click on Empty cache.
  5. Close HighGear and try again
