To cap off a year of incredible accomplishments for HighGear and our customers, we are pleased to announce the release of HighGear 8.9.1. This brings two powerful enhancements to our integration capability and expands the ease-of-use and convenience of our workflow automation and process management solution. Administrators now can build integrations from within the HighGear platform using Zapier.

In this latest release, HighGear is also adding a new security feature – Verification Support for Workflow Web Requests – to an already comprehensive and robust part of the platform.

Zapier Interface Integration

Through an embedded interface, users will have the convenience of connecting to over 5,000 applications providing even more convenience and ease-of-use. Like HighGear, Zapier is a no-code tool and building integrations is done without the need for custom programming. This saves time and allows for “going live” more quickly.

Any HighGear administrator will be able to access the feature from the new Zapier Integrations administration page. Once there, the administrator logs in with their Zapier account to see all their HighGear zaps.

The Zapier Integrations page also makes it easy to create new zaps by showing commonly connected apps. Additionally, administrators can search through over 5,000 apps and use prebuilt templates to get a head start on a new integration.

Verification Support for Workflow Web Requests

To further enhance security, Workflow Web Requests now include a digital signature. Recipients of the requests can use this signature to verify that each request originated from HighGear and that no tampering has taken place.
